In science this week we are exploring the effects of heating and cooling on some liquids.
Here is what we did.
Our aim: To see what happens to water and other liquids when they are frozen.
What we used: We used an ice cube tray, milk, water, cooking oil, orange juice and vinegar.
What we did: We poured some of each into the ice cube tray and then put the tray in the freezer for 2 hours.
Our results: Only the water had frozen slightly.
We then put the ice cube tray back in the freezer for a longer time to see what would happen!
