All classes visited Dubray Books for World Book Day.
5th and 6th Class went to see the author Nicola Pierce who read her book “Behind the Walls”.
The Infant Class listened to stories read by Mary in Dubray Books. She read “Where the Wild Things Are” by Maurice Sendak and “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt” by Michael Rosen.
1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Class listened to the story “Blue Penguin” by Petr Horacek and also “Where the Wild Things Are” by Maurice Sendak.
The children all received a book token and choose a free book for themselves to take home!
